The Stephill SSDP33 is a heavy-duty 26.4kW super-silent three-phase diesel generator designed for industrial, commercial, agricultural and standby-power applications. Powered by a 1500rpm Perkins water-cooled engine, it features a Deep Sea DSE6110 controller, Mecc Alte AVR alternator, 280-litre fuel tank and corrosion-resistant Zintec steel acoustic enclosure.

The Stephill SSDP33 26.4kW Super Silent Three Phase Diesel Generator provides dependable, long-running power for demanding professional and standby applications.

Delivering a maximum output of 33kVA / 26.4kW and a continuous output of 30kVA / 24kW, it is suitable for industrial premises, commercial buildings, agricultural operations, construction projects, workshops and emergency backup installations.

Important Delivery and Offloading Information

Due to the size and weight of this generator, suitable mechanical offloading equipment must be available at the delivery address.

The customer must arrange access to a:

• Forklift
• Telehandler
• Crane
• Other suitable lifting equipment

Offloading equipment and labour are not included with delivery. The delivery location must also provide suitable access for the transport vehicle.

Super-Silent Zintec Steel Enclosure

The SSDP33 is housed within a close-fitting acoustic cabinet designed to reduce operating noise while protecting the generator’s internal components.

The enclosure is manufactured from Zintec steel, providing excellent resistance against corrosion and demanding outdoor conditions. Large access doors allow convenient entry for servicing, inspection and routine maintenance.

The generator operates at approximately 67dB(A) at 7m, making it suitable for applications where reduced noise is important.

Perkins Water-Cooled Diesel Engine

The Stephill SSDP33 is powered by a professional 1500rpm Perkins water-cooled diesel engine.

Low-speed 1500rpm operation is well suited to standby and extended-running generator applications, helping provide:

The engine protection system includes automatic shutdown for high engine temperature and low oil pressure.

Deep Sea DSE6110 Controller

A two-wire remote-start facility is also included, allowing the generator to be activated by compatible external controls or a suitably configured Automatic Transfer Switch.

The lockable control-panel door helps prevent unauthorised operation and protects the controls when the generator is unattended.

Mecc Alte AVR Alternator

The SSDP33 is fitted with a maintenance-free brushed Mecc Alte alternator incorporating Automatic Voltage Regulation.

The AVR system regulates output voltage to approximately ±1%, helping provide stable power for connected machinery, tools and electrical equipment.

The alternator also benefits from Mecc Alte Total Winding Protection and a limited three-year manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

Three-Phase and Single-Phase Outputs

The generator is equipped with both 400V three-phase and 230V single-phase industrial sockets:

• 1 × 400V 32A
• 3 × 230V 32A

Each socket is individually protected against overload. A hard-wire connection facility is also provided for suitable fixed electrical installations.

An Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker is fitted to the 400V/230V output for additional electrical protection.

All electrical installation and connection work must be completed by a suitably qualified electrician.

Long-Running 280-Litre Fuel Tank

The integrated 280-litre diesel tank provides up to approximately 48 hours of operation, depending on the connected load, operating conditions and maintenance of the generator.

This substantial fuel capacity makes the SSDP33 particularly suitable for extended standby use and applications where frequent refuelling would be inconvenient.

External Fuel-Tank Connection

A three-way fuel valve allows the generator to be connected to an external bowser or bulk fuel tank.

An additional fuel-transfer pump may be required depending on the position, height and configuration of the external fuel supply.
