The Pramac GDW660I/FNE is a professional high-capacity industrial diesel generating set engineered for applications where reliable three-phase power is essential.

At the heart of the generator is the FPT CR16TE1W, a 15.9-litre six-cylinder turbocharged and intercooled diesel engine operating at 1500rpm. The engine features electronic speed governing, water cooling and a 24V electric starting system.

The generating set provides 661.1kVA / 528.9kW Emergency Standby Power and 599.3kVA / 479.4kW Prime Power, making it suitable for both emergency backup installations and extended operation under variable electrical loads.

FPT Industrial Diesel Engine

The FPT CR16TE1W combines substantial displacement and high mechanical output with robust construction for demanding industrial environments.

Mecc Alte Alternator

Electrical generation is handled by the Mecc Alte ECO40 2L4 C brushless alternator.

The alternator provides a 675kVA standby rating at 27°C and a 625kVA continuous nominal rating at 40°C.

It offers approximately 95% efficiency at full load, Class H insulation, IP23 protection and approximately ±0.5% voltage tolerance.

Fuel consumption is approximately:

117.77 litres per hour at 100% Prime Power

A wide range of optional fuel tanks is available with capacities from 500 litres up to 4,500 litres.

Depending on the selected tank configuration, approximate runtime at 75% PRP ranges from 5.62 hours to 50.57 hours.

Automatic Mains Failure Control

The optional ACP Automatic Control Panel provides Auto Mains Failure functionality for standby power installations.

It provides full generator monitoring and protection, detailed event and performance logging, remote-control compatibility and optional I/O expansion modules.

Parallel Generator Operation

For larger installations, the optional MPP Modular Parallel Panel enables the GDW660I/FNE to operate in parallel with other generating sets.

Up to 32 generator sets can be configured for parallel operation, making the generator suitable for large industrial installations, load sharing, redundancy and critical standby power systems.

Open, Canopy & Extra Silent Versions

The GDW660I/FNE is available in open-frame, weatherproof canopy and Extra Silent canopy configurations.

The standard canopy incorporates galvanized sheet-metal construction, soundproofing material and a residential silencer to provide environmental protection and reduced operating noise.

Standard canopy noise levels are approximately:

• 105 dB(A) guaranteed sound power
• 85 dB(A) sound pressure at 1 metre
• 75 dB(A) sound pressure at 7 metres

The Extra Silent version reduces these levels to approximately:

• 102 dB(A) guaranteed sound power
• 82 dB(A) sound pressure at 1 metre
• 72 dB(A) sound pressure at 7 metres
