The Pramac GDW410S/FNE is a professional industrial diesel generating set engineered for applications where reliable high-capacity three-phase power is essential.

At the heart of the generator is the Scania DC13 072A 02-11, a 12.7-litre six-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine operating at a low 1500rpm. The engine features electronic speed governing, water cooling and a 24V electric starting system.

The generator provides 412.1kVA / 329.7kW Emergency Standby Power and 376.8kVA / 301.4kW Prime Power, making it suitable for both emergency backup installations and extended operation under variable electrical loads.

An optional Data Centre Power configuration is also available, providing 376.8kVA / 301.4kW DCP output for suitable data centre applications.

Scania Industrial Diesel Engine

The Scania DC13 072A 02-11 combines strong power output with proven durability and efficient operation.

The engine develops up to 356kWm gross mechanical power in ESP operation and 326kWm in PRP and DCP operation.

Mecc Alte Alternator

Electrical generation is handled by the Mecc Alte ECO40 1S4 C brushless alternator.

The alternator provides a 440kVA standby rating at 27°C and a 400kVA continuous nominal rating at 40°C.

It offers approximately 94.2% efficiency at full load, Class H insulation, IP23 protection and approximately ±0.5% voltage tolerance.

Fuel Consumption & Runtime

Fuel consumption is approximately:

53.48 litres per hour at 75% Prime Power

70.62 litres per hour at 100% Prime Power

A wide range of optional fuel tanks is available with capacities from 500 litres up to 4,000 litres.

Depending on the selected tank, approximate runtime at 75% PRP ranges from 9.35 hours to 74.79 hours.

Automatic Mains Failure Control

The optional ACP Automatic Control Panel provides Auto Mains Failure functionality for standby installations.

The system offers full generator monitoring and protection, detailed event and performance logging, remote control compatibility and optional I/O expansion.

Parallel Generator Operation

For larger power installations, the optional MPP Modular Parallel Panel enables the GDW410S/FNE to operate in parallel with other generating sets.

Up to 32 generator sets can be configured for parallel operation, making the model suitable for load sharing, redundancy and larger industrial power systems.

Open & Canopy Versions

The GDW410S/FNE is available in both open-frame and weatherproof canopy configurations.

The canopy version uses galvanized sheet-steel construction and high-quality acoustic insulation to protect the generator in demanding environments while reducing operating noise.

The standard canopy provides approximately:

• 98 dB(A) guaranteed sound power
• 79 dB(A) sound pressure at 1 metre
• 69 dB(A) sound pressure at 7 metres

An Extra Silent canopy is also available with a guaranteed sound power level of approximately 95 dB(A).
