The Pramac GDW360V/FS3A is a professional industrial diesel generating set engineered for applications where dependable high-capacity three-phase power is essential.

At the heart of the generator is the Volvo TAD1351GE, a 12.8-litre six-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine operating at a low 1500rpm. The engine features electronic speed governing, water cooling and a 24V electric starting system.

The generator provides 357.6kVA / 286.1kW Emergency Standby Power and 326.1kVA / 260.9kW Prime Power, making it suitable for both emergency backup installations and extended operation under variable electrical loads.

An optional Data Centre Power configuration is also available, providing 326.1kVA / 260.9kW DCP output for suitable data centre applications.

Volvo Industrial Diesel Engine

The Volvo TAD1351GE is designed for demanding industrial generating applications and combines strong power output with proven durability.

Mecc Alte Alternator

Electrical generation is handled by the Mecc Alte ECO38 2L4 C brushless alternator.

The alternator provides a 370kVA standby rating at 27°C and a 350kVA continuous nominal rating at 40°C.

It offers approximately 93.5% efficiency at full load, Class H insulation, IP23 protection and approximately ±1% voltage tolerance.

Fuel Consumption & Runtime

Fuel consumption is approximately:

52.42 litres per hour at 75% Prime Power

68.10 litres per hour at 100% Prime Power

A wide range of fuel tank configurations is available, with capacities from 500 litres up to 4,000 litres.

Depending on the selected tank, approximate runtime at 75% PRP ranges from 9.54 hours to 76.31 hours.

Automatic Mains Failure Control

The optional ACP Automatic Control Panel provides Automatic Mains Failure functionality for standby installations.

The control system offers generator monitoring and protection, detailed event and performance logging, and compatibility with remote control and I/O expansion modules.

Parallel Generator Operation

For larger installations, the optional MPP Modular Parallel Panel allows the generator to operate in parallel with other generating sets.

Up to 32 generator sets can be configured for parallel operation, making the GDW360V/FS3A suitable for load sharing, redundancy and larger industrial power systems.

Open & Canopy Versions

The GDW360V/FS3A is available in both open-frame and weatherproof canopy configurations.

The canopy version uses galvanized sheet steel and soundproofing materials to protect the generator from environmental conditions while reducing operating noise.

The standard canopy version provides approximately:

• 97 dB(A) guaranteed sound power
• 78 dB(A) sound pressure at 1 metre
• 68 dB(A) sound pressure at 7 metres

An Extra Silent canopy is also available with a guaranteed sound power level of approximately 94 dB(A).
