The Pramac GDW135I/FNE Three-Phase Diesel Generator is engineered to provide dependable power for demanding commercial, industrial and standby applications. It is suitable for factories, commercial premises, construction projects, agricultural operations and emergency backup installations.

The GDW135I/FNE delivers 136.1kVA / 108.9kW of Emergency Standby Power (ESP) and 123.5kVA / 98.8kW of Prime Power (PRP). Its 400/230V three-phase output provides the capacity required to operate industrial machinery, equipment and commercial electrical systems.

Power is supplied by an FPT NEF45TM3 four-cylinder diesel engine with a 4,500cc displacement. The engine is water-cooled, turbocharged and intercooled, delivering reliable performance at a nominal operating speed of 1,500rpm. An electric starting system provides straightforward and dependable operation.

The FPT engine is paired with a Mecc Alte ECP34-1M 4C brushless alternator. This four-pole alternator features Class H insulation, IP23 protection and an efficiency rating of 92.3% at full load. It delivers stable three-phase power at 50Hz with a 0.8 power factor.

Fuel consumption is approximately 20.01 litres per hour at 75% prime power and 27.39 litres per hour at 100% prime power. A selection of fuel tanks is available, including 350, 500 and 1,000-litre options, allowing the generator’s running time to be configured around the requirements of the installation.

The standard canopy version features a weather-resistant enclosure manufactured from galvanised sheet metal. High-quality soundproofing materials and a residential silencer help reduce operating noise, while large lockable access doors make routine servicing and maintenance more straightforward.

For noise-sensitive locations, an Extra Silent canopy version is also available. This enhanced enclosure incorporates additional soundproofing modules and reduces sound pressure to approximately 64dB(A) at seven metres, compared with 68dB(A) for the standard canopy version.

A choice of manual remote start, automatic mains failure and modular parallel control panels is available. This allows the generating set to be configured for manual operation, automatic standby power or parallel installations involving multiple generators.
