The Pramac GDW10Y/FS5 7.4kW Three Phase Diesel Generator is designed to provide dependable power for professional, commercial and standby applications.
Delivering up to 9.2kVA / 7.4kW emergency standby power and 8.7kVA / 7.0kW prime power, this generator is suitable for workshops, agricultural operations, commercial premises, industrial equipment and temporary power requirements.
Yanmar Stage V Diesel Engine
The GDW10Y/FS5 is powered by a dependable Yanmar 3TNV80F-NGPGE diesel engine.
This professional three-cylinder engine uses a water-cooled system to help maintain a consistent operating temperature during extended periods of use.
The engine meets Stage V emissions requirements, making it suitable for modern applications where reduced exhaust emissions are important.
Emergency Standby and Prime Power Ratings
The generator provides two clearly defined power ratings:
- Emergency Standby Power: 9.2kVA / 7.4kW
- Prime Power: 8.7kVA / 7.0kW
Emergency Standby Power applies when the generator is used to provide backup electricity during a mains failure.
Prime Power applies when the generator is used as the main source of electricity for varying loads, subject to the manufacturer’s operating and servicing requirements.
Three-Phase and Single-Phase Voltage
The Pramac GDW10Y/FS5 provides a 400V three-phase and 230V single-phase supply at 50Hz.
Its three-phase configuration makes it suitable for powering compatible machinery, motors and professional equipment. Single-phase loads should be correctly balanced across the generator’s phases to prevent overloading.
Electrical installation and connection should always be completed by a suitably qualified electrician.
Mecc Alte Alternator
