Ford FG7750E Q Series Electric Start Petrol Generator

The Ford FG7750E Q Series Petrol Generator is a powerful and robust portable generator designed for demanding site, trade, workshop and backup-power applications. Built to Ford’s Built Tough standards, it combines a dependable Euro 5 single-cylinder, 4-stroke OHV air-cooled engine with a maximum output of 5.5kW and a continuous rated output of 5.0kW.

With dual-voltage 110V and 230V output, the FG7750E Q Series offers excellent versatility. The 110V outlets make it particularly suitable for construction and site equipment, while the 230V output provides power for a wide variety of tools, equipment and other electrical applications.

Electric & Recoil Start

Starting the FG7750E is quick and straightforward thanks to its electric key-start system. Simply turn the key to the START position to bring the generator to life without relying on a pull cord.

A traditional recoil starting system is also provided as a backup, giving you an alternative method of starting the generator whenever required. A 12V 9Ah starting battery is included.

Dual Voltage – 110V & 230V

The FG7750E Q Series provides both 110V and 230V power, making it suitable for a broad range of professional and general-purpose applications.

The control panel incorporates 2 x 115V 32A sockets alongside 1 x 230V 32A socket, allowing compatible equipment to be connected directly to the generator.

Automatic Voltage Regulation

An integrated Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) helps maintain a stable voltage output as the electrical load changes. This provides more consistent power delivery when operating compatible tools and equipment.

Digital 3-in-1 Meter

A convenient digital 3-in-1 meter provides important operating information directly from the control panel, including:

• Voltage
• Frequency
• Running hours

The hour meter is particularly useful for keeping track of operating time and planning routine servicing and maintenance.

Large 25-Litre Fuel Tank

A substantial 25-litre petrol fuel tank provides extended operating periods between refuelling, with a stated run time of up to 14 hours depending on operating conditions and load.

This makes the FG7750E particularly well suited to longer working days and applications where frequent refuelling would be inconvenient.

Wheel Kit for Easier Transportation

Despite its substantial power output, the generator can be moved more easily thanks to its integrated wheel kit. The matt-black wheels with PU foam tyres provide convenient manoeuvrability around workshops, sites and other working environments.

Protection & Safety Features

The generator incorporates a low-oil sensor to help protect the engine when the oil level becomes too low, while an integrated circuit breaker provides additional electrical protection.
