The Ford FG4650Q 3.0kW Q Series Petrol Generator is a robust and versatile portable generator designed for trade, site, workshop, domestic and general-purpose power applications. Built to Ford's tough equipment standards, it combines a dependable Euro 5 four-stroke petrol engine, dual-voltage output and practical transport features in a durable open-frame design.

Delivering up to 3.0kW maximum output with 2.8kW continuous power, the FG4650Q provides a dependable portable power supply for tools, equipment, lighting and other suitable electrical appliances.

3.0kW Maximum Power Output

The Ford FG4650Q produces up to 3.0kW maximum power and 2.8kW continuous output, providing plenty of capacity for a wide variety of portable power requirements.

Power is supplied through 2 × 115V 16A sockets and 1 × 230V 16A socket, giving users the flexibility to operate compatible 110V site equipment as well as 230V appliances.

110V & 230V Dual Voltage

One of the key advantages of the FG4650Q is its dual-voltage capability, allowing the generator to provide either 110/115V or 230V power.

This makes it particularly useful for applications where both site equipment and standard 230V electrical equipment may need to be powered.

Please note: When operating a dual-voltage generator at 115V, available output may be approximately 50–60% of the generator's rated output. Actual available power is also limited by the voltage and current rating of the fitted sockets.

AVR Voltage Regulation

The FG4650Q is fitted with Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) to help maintain a consistent voltage output as electrical loads change.

This provides improved voltage stability for compatible tools, equipment and appliances compared with a basic non-regulated generator.

Euro 5 Petrol Engine

At the heart of the generator is a single-cylinder, four-stroke OHV air-cooled petrol engine meeting Euro 5 emissions requirements.

A low-oil sensor helps protect the engine by monitoring oil levels, while the straightforward recoil starting system provides dependable manual starting without relying on a starter battery.

Digital 3-in-1 Meter

A useful digital 3-in-1 display is integrated into the generator's control panel, providing information on:

15-Litre Fuel Tank & Long Runtime
